Interview
Firstly, I filled out a basic form with name/address/etc.
Secondly, I had my interview with the Regional Coordinator. This took about an hour since he displayed a slide show.
(A license is req. for interns- costs about $157 for everything)

Interview
It was friendly not too stressful, easy to talk to. Make me less nervous which is amazing. The whole process is smooth. Knew more about the team and the structure
Very straightforward and easy. Had one interview and was hired. They just want to know who you are as a person. No prior experience in sales is needed. It is unpaid but if you make a sale you get 40% of the commission which is huge!
After the initial first round of interviews, it took over two months for a response from the interview process. Perhaps I wasn't as good as I thought . Still, a timely response would have been courteous.
