Recieved cold call from local recruiter which lasted less than 10 minutes and wound up being the only "interview" conducted besides having to 'prove' qualification for the job by providing the recruiter with a photocopy of my certification/credentials. The next step was a mass briefing on company policies, duties and responsibilities during the upcoming assignment, and to fill out employment paperwork. The process is actually too easy. I was thrilled to get the chance to work (and get paid!), and without trying to sound too boastful, I think Aerotek gained a very good employee by hiring me. At the same time, many others slipped through that same easy screening process only to provide questionable results at the job site.
