I had an initial phone screen that lasted around 30 minutes. Basic questions about my resume and interest in the role. The interviewer seemed a bit demeaning due to my lack of experience in recruiting even though this was an entry level position. Furthermore, she described the role to be much grander in scale than what I heard it to be.

Standard questions asked regarding experience and why I wanted to join Aerotek in their recruiting team. Interview was done first as a phone call and then I went in person for the second interview at their Roseville office.
