It went sooth and I was happy with the process and the outcome. It was a good interview and I would recommenced it to others. Stop making me type in 30 words.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Aerotek (Nashville, TN) in Apr 2025
Interview
No company should be using them for their staffing needs.
I get a reply to my application on their site, then talk about a job go over my background, and told I was good to go. The next day I'm asked the same questions and then told "I can't make any promises." Then dead silence no response either way. A complete waste of time. So unprofessional.
It amazes me the amount of people looking for work and positions are not filled. People joke about AI, no response or reject emails, but this just proves my point. People aren't qualified and the qualified people can't get the jobs. It's really sad.
No awareness for creating a database of talent for the future or other position, totally lost.
This is the current workforce. Just sketchy, I would NOT deal with them in any capacity, looking to work for them or looking to be placed by them. This is a true case of it's not you, it's them.

Question 1
Tell me about you why you are interested in this position
Phones received a week or two weeks of separation among different Recruiters that do not communicate among themselves. They have a list of old candidates and call them when needed to check on their status. You can be lucky and end up with a true professional who is transparent and not playing the game. Or you can experienced the worst. I try to avoid them as much as possible. Most of them are cut with the same knife.
