Aerotek Customer Service Representative interview questions

Had a phone screen, in person meeting, lunch and another in person meetings. These all happened within two weeks. It was a semi-formal meeting. Everyone seemed to enjoy the conversation. They really do care about their business and the people they are hiring.

The interview process was basic, two interviewers interviewed me on my social and soft skills. They told me I would receive a call letting me know if I got the job or not, and was hired right there after.
