You do a height and reach test then a harness test to see if you can attach yourself, after that you have to reach emergency equipments in the overhead lockers and after that you wait for your final interview

J'ai postule à aer Lingus en novembre j'ai passé des test d Anglais que j'ai réussi et j'ai pu passer à la.phase d entretien. Pendant l'entretien j'ai eu le test de la taille puis un entretien individuel Pendant lequel on m'a posé des questions sur mon parcours professionnel, puis des questions sur mon comportement en tant que Pnc sur des sujets concrets (sécurité, fidéliser les passagers)

Phone interview, followed by two interviews with 2-3 people, including HR and team members. Finally a 1hr+ mixed 4 part test on IQ, problem solving, Reading and understanding abilities. Not hard but the short time applies a lot of pressure.

Interview process has dragged on for over 3 months for a role as a contractor. Weeks at a time have passed before receiving any sort of an update. Interview was more like a theorethical test as opposed to real life experience/scenarios

Aptitude test followed by series of both personal and technical interviews. These were conducted by pilots and HR, as the selection process neared the end the now smaller pool of candidates were called for a group interview .
