There are extra pays depending on shifts and flights/overnights, etc. The best part probably the benefits with other airlines to fly cheap. Easy way to chose your flights.
Cons
You have to be ready to miss some birthdays, weddings and special dates (but like with every other airline)

Pros
Discounted flights Some friendly co workers Local management were approachable Professional work environment
Cons
Terrible hours Terrible pay Reduced hours and pay during COVID then effectively shown the door after years of service. Long term staff on old contracts have a comfortable time but anyone who joined since IAG takeover get treated like fodder. HR department are there to protect the company and deliberately made life as difficult as possible for all staff during COVID. A really shameful display.

Cons
During the pandemic many things changed and never got back to normal. Management doesn't seem to make that a priority. Becoming inconsistent regarding their plans. No transparency towards their crew.
