I had a telephone interview with a member of the resourcing team within a couple of days of applying for the role on line. I then met with two Operations Managers who asked me questions about my ER experience. They also asked me questions related to their company values and culture. There was a 30 minute written test and ER case study to also test my ER knowledge and how I would apply it to the situation.
