I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Advantage Solutions (Juliustown, NJ) in Jul 2016
Interview
I applied online and quickly had a telephone screening with a very nice gentleman. The telephone screening was followed by a request for a Skype interview. I needed to go out that day and buy a web cam because my computer didn't have a camera, but I was perfectly prepared the next day for the Skype interview. The Skype interview was then followed by a phone interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager apparently then called the corporate office and informed them to extend the offer to me. I was then phoned back and offered the job contingent with me passing a background check and drug screening.

Interview
The interview took about 10 minutes, it was pretty boilerplate for a minimum wage gig. The interviewer basically just laid out the specific details of the job and then we had a quick chat

Interview
One of their recruiters reached out to me to schedule a phone interview and told me the only available spots they had were super early in the morning. I woke up early and the interviewer canceled the interview on me last minute at the last minute. This happened with them twice. Very inconsiderate.

Interview
I applied on Indeed, selected a day and time to do a phone interview, and it wasn't really an interview. It was more just the person on the phone telling me about the position and asking if I was still interested. When I said that I was, I was emailed a hire letter and paperwork to fill out.
