I had four interviews. With the recruiter, then the hiring manager, his boss, and his boss's boss. I did not hear from them for a week. I contacted the recruiter and received no communication. Eventually, I took the hint and emailed the hiring manager for feedback as to what influenced their decision. I didn't get a response for 13 days. Don't waste your time.
