1. Started with a screening call with talent acquisition manager.
2. Call with Senior Manager
3. Virtual presentation & task exercise
4. Call with Global VP
5. Culture check call with CFO/COO
Overall a very smooth interview experience! Josh, the talent acquisition manager followed up very quickly with feedback from each stage, and also sent alot of useful prep before each interview.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Adthena (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2025
Interview
The interview process was very thoughtful, considerate, and straightforward. (Also enjoyable? I know)
Compared to some other processes, it wasn’t as strenuous but given the focus on recruiting mid/senior level folks in the industry it made total sense to not be so rigorous as those applying come with proven expertise.
The recruiter was very supportive and provided important context. Basically, it felt like they wanted me to succeed! Pretty standard initial screen, 30 min convo, then an hour long convo & presentation followed by a 30 min culture fit convo.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Adthena in Jan 2025
Interview
I had an extremely positive interview experience with Adthena. It was 4 total rounds - initial HR screening, hiring manager interview, a more technical/mock presentation interview, and a culture fit interview. The Talent contact was extremely helpful throughout every round - providing information on what to expect, how to best prepare for the interview, and being extremely transparent throughout the process. I really feel as though they wanted to set me up for success. Everyone I met was very kind and so willing to answer questions.
