I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Adobe in Jan 2025
Interview
Incompetent Talent "Partner" and Hiring Manager. First round consisted of numerous panel interviews. They were mostly behavioral and one was product sense. Onsite consisted of more panel interviews. All behavioral. After a month of interviewing, hiring manager was still indecisive. I met with around 10 team members. But I was kept in the dark for 2+ weeks and recruiter sent a generic rejection email. Their website mentions feedback would be provided. When I asked for it, the Talent "Partner" ghosted me. A similar role opened and I reached out the "Partner" and they ghosted me again. The most unprofessional interview experience till date. Leadership has to hold such individuals accountable. I don't recommend any product folk to interview here. Waste of time and faced total disrespect.
