Everything was very positive, and all signs pointed to offer, references called, but decision made to go with someone else . . . was a little odd to me, having offer discussed and refs checked then getting a thanks but no thanks response. Expected more of Adobe . . . Everything else seemed great.
Very friendly hiring team, easy to speak with which made the interview process less nerve wrecking. The questions were specific to the role, and asked for examples of situations that could demonstrate the skills necessary. Everyone was punctual and I was able to get an answer without waiting for too long for the hiring decision to be made. Met with different people from the team, as well as the hiring manager for the position.
