I recently went through a series of interviews with this company, and initially, I was quite hopeful about the opportunities. The first four interviews went very well (included the panel presentation). I felt positive about the role and was excited about the potential collaboration based on the feedback from the recruiter. However, the fifth and final interview was a bit disappointing. It was with a junior figure in the organization, and it felt less structured and substantial compared to the previous interviews. I still maintained a positive attitude and hoped for a constructive conversation. Unfortunately, after all the interviews, I was informed that they had decided to proceed with other candidates. While I understand that hiring decisions can be challenging, it was disappointing to have invested significant time and effort in the interview process, only to not be selected without clear feedback or specific reasons for the decision. I appreciate the opportunity to interview with this company and felt positive about the earlier interactions, but the overall experience left me with mixed feelings about their selection process and communication. Constructive feedback could have been more helpful in understanding why I wasn't the chosen candidate
