      Interview

Got referral via LinkedIn post. Recruiter calls up within a week, and explains its better *Indirect compulsion* to conduct the interview on the specific day and time he found out. Even though he didn't know which role was it for, I was still informed about it later with an informational introductory call. Note, no preference asked for the candidate time or day, inspire of requesting, literally on the second day. First interview, felt like I was bombarded with bunch of questions, and the interviewer just wanted to tick off the list of questions he had rather than really taking an interview. First question done in like 15mins. For the next half hour, he had kept three questions(?) one of the question, rather than pushing in a right direction, the interviewer gave up solution himself, and then expected to optimize his proposed solution in a matter of three mins, and then gives a puzzle to be solved under ten minutes, literally felt like a race against time lol, and gives up the answer. And yet another question for code review to be solved under 5 mins (run), again for which he just gave up the answer. I absolutely appreciate being told the answer of solution, but it felt just a thing that have been told to do. Second interviewer asked introductory coding question, probably wanted to test for wellformedness of covering scenarios, and a design question which to me appeared to have been changing constraints, every minute. My major beef with the panel, was it felt they had no regard for what the previous experience whatsoever. For people interviewing next, just look up few popular questions adobe asks and you should be fine.
