In keeping with Adobe's practical view on the world my interview was focused on culture fit and ability to solve real world problems.
I didn't get any "how many doorknobs in the city" kind of questions. Instead I had a series of conversations where interviewers probed my ability to solve tough problems they were currently facing (too many features, not enough time, too few resources - you know, the basics).

Question 1
The most difficult question was one the interviewers were then struggling with. They were trying to integrate branched codebases in different states for a premature release. I worked with the panel and walked through several possible solutions only to find none worked.

Interview
First flag should have been the Recruiter — he was terrible at scheduling and then gave no update and would be stop and go until random last minute setups to meet with the hiring manager. It’s been more than 2 months. Why don’t you close the req if you’re not hiring or give an update?
Don’t really care about the role anymore but just wanted to share feedback on a poor candidate experience. Please don’t waste our time during a tough job market. For a big company, the recruiting experience is subpar…worst than small companies. No structure in interview as well…weird. Keep your options open when interviewing with Adobe and their mediocre recruiting team.
Two rounds of interviews with peers and leaders. There were a few people from the team and interviewed with an Product leader. Some technical question were asked around Agile and CLoud.

The HR scheduled for a VC Interview. The interviewer was a principle program manager and friendly. Asked relevant questions as per the JD. Answered my questions at the end of interview too.
