The interview process was around 3–4 rounds total.
The first round was with the recruiter and focused mainly on basic behavioral questions, background, motivation for the role, and compensation expectations.
The second round was with the hiring manager and felt more focused on whether you understand the tooling, can take feedback and direction well, and whether your personality and communication style would fit the team dynamic. It also seemed like they were evaluating whether you’re someone they could coach and work closely with long term.
The later rounds sound more interactive. From what I’ve heard, there may be a panel interview and a mock call exercise where they provide information about the product and ask you to sell or position it. There are also likely additional situational and behavioral questions throughout the process.
