I took a skills test that took about 2-3 hours. The recruiter call me to set up a phone interview which was pretty casual. I then had another interview with a four people that I was going to work with and again it was pretty informal and the people seemed very nice. Very casual dress and cubical office setup.

Interview
Inexperienced interviewer who expected the candidate to explain the job and interview themselves. It was difficult to take the meeting seriously given the lack attention and thoughtfulness demonstrated by the hiring managers. The interview told me everything I needed to know.

Behavioral and technical interview both onsite.
Both were about 30 min to 1 hour long.
There was a quite a bit of waiting and the offer fell through at the last step.
Friendly and professional. Phone screening. Onsite with systems design and domain driven design questions. Simple take home coding test. 3 interviewers. Overall it was a pleasant experience and a good length.
