The interview process consisted of a phone interview that last approximately 45 minutes and then a generic HR face to face with a 2.5 hour IQ/Aptitude test. The phone interview was the typical loosely structured conversation with a development manager. I was asked about current roles and responsibilities and the questions stemmed from there. The IQ test was a mensa knock-off and was easy as long as you like that kind of thing and don't get freaked out by standardized tests. The personality section had some subtle "trip you up" type questions but as long as you're consistently honest you should be fine.
