It was a 2 stage interviewing process. I first met with the Chief of Staff, Rachel, and had a really comfortable interview. I think she was mostly looking to see if I'd be a good fit at the company. There were the standard interview questions, and so I simply expanded on my work experience and how it was relevant to the job I was applying for. Afterwards I had a short interview with Ann and Eric, and again I got the impression they were looking more to see if I had the right personality for their environment.
