I got an email to schedule my first round of interview of 30 mins. The interviewer did not ask me any questions about my experience. She spent just 7 minutes on a phone call with me. How is that giving a fair chance to the candidate? It seemed very unprofessional. Never had this kind of experience before. Did not expect this from a company like Adecco

This is a hybrid role. Are you okay for that? - I said yes
Do you have B2B experience - I said I don't have, which was clearly seen in my resume. If that was one of the requirements they had, why waste the candidate's time and the company's resources? You expect better sourcing from a staffing company!
One phone interview asking if I was interested, when I was available and one presential interview. Just asked me basic stuff such as "talk about yourself" and my motivations. Previous experiences.
Colloquio molto lineare, sereno e disponibilità assoluta da parte di HR. Esperienza positiva, e reale capacità del consulente nel spiegare bene la posizione. Approfondimento dell'aspetto valoriale e tecnico. Ci sono stati due step di selezione
