I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Acumen Commercial Insights
Interview
First round is an online assessment and then 60 mins call with the hiring manager and the final round took almost half a day with a presentation, meeting the team & HR presentation. The questions were pretty basic and template based. I was expecting follow-up questions in the second round to showcase my depth in knowledge since I had a similar work profile, but the panel kept asking questions they prepared which have no coherence with one other and does not tailor to the position.
Liked the way the final round was designed, you will be given a chance to meet your team and since it's a simulated interview, feedback will be considered from each stage you go through. Heard results from HR the next day and some of the comments seemed to be made up/ do not make sense. For instance, one of the feedbacks was 'I was not asking the right questions to the team members, but what happened was I met only one from the team and this person whom I talked to just joined 3 months ago and they don't have the exact idea of what the process is or has a clear answer for my questions, rather made an exception that they joined just a few months back and the actual person who was supposed to meet me was on leave. I was like 'Why am I talking to you then?' They are definitely not deserved to evaluate candidates. Otherwise, the interview process is smooth and very fast and will be easy to crack (if you are posed with the right people).
Pros: Immediate response,
Cons: Template-based questions not targeted to dig into your experience.
Simulated interviews should be organised with employees having people management experience or the person should've at least worked a year in the company.
