The interview was fine. I just got an unnecessarily long take-home assignment and got ghosted (no feedback after spending a week on a take-home assignment). This is a complete disrespect of applicants' time.

First they contact you from staffing agencies, they then set time to interview remotely with other tech and sys admins, then final interview with CTO and direct manager.
once approved the send you to drug test immediately, and background check takes more than a week.
