It was 3-4 steps process, with multiple people involved and a final role play with the customer manager where it was required to simulate a conversation with a new onboarded customer.

It's a 3 step process. First, initial phone screening. Then, a 1.5 hr interview in blocks of 30 min with your direct manager, 2 members of the team, and a senior manager. The communication with AC was subpar for a unicorn company.
