The interview process was well structured. I thought the order of the sessions were done well; starting with hiring manager screen and putting the product exercise up front thereby allowing candidates to demonstrate skills within a defined scenario. I thought that was an efficient approach to determining if there was a match. The interview team was so respectful of my time as well, ensuring that the interview process was completed as fast as possible. My interview process completed in 2 weeks! Everybody that I met in the process were so welcoming. Every step I took and get to know the team, business, and company, the more I wanted to join the team!
