ActivTrak interview questions

One HR call, call with hiring manager, call with architecture, and call with team. No coding exercises, mainly questions about my opinions and experience with technology. Overall it was pretty smooth and they left me plenty of time to ask them questions.

The interview process was well structured. I thought the order of the sessions were done well; starting with hiring manager screen and putting the product exercise up front thereby allowing candidates to demonstrate skills within a defined scenario. I thought that was an efficient approach to determining if there was a match. The interview team was so respectful of my time as well, ensuring that the interview process was completed as fast as possible. My interview process completed in 2 weeks! Everybody that I met in the process were so welcoming. Every step I took and get to know the team, business, and company, the more I wanted to join the team!
