I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Achievement First (Brooklyn, NY) in Feb 2018
Interview
The interview process was a little confusing. I scheduled a phone conversation, but at no point was it clear that it would be a phone interview until I began speaking with the recruiter. However, the phone interview was fairly quick and painless. I was offered the job on the phone, yet in the follow up email I was told that I’d made it to the final round of interviewing and needed to prepare a lesson plan.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Achievement First (New York, NY) in Mar 2020
Interview
The process is pretty straight forward application, phone interview, references, and demo lesson interview. The demo lesson was a video call due to the epidemic with the school principal, talent acquisition member, and 2 deans. During all exchange of contact they were very genuine and welcoming.
