Interview
They wanted to know how you would handle a heavy workload and how do you prioritize the different cases. They checked to see if you the different times that clients could be called before they could call and complaint on the company. They wanted you to give a mock example of how you would help client in need.

Interview process was easy and the person was super friendly. They were on time and answered all my questions. Also gave great company information for job expectations. Explained the company would be party remote. Would also need to come into the office.
Easy and simple. Very friendly environment. The company seems very welcoming and engaging with employees. It seemed more like a conversation than an interview which made the process less nerve wracking.

Interview
Simple, they ask basic questions and give you a chance to ask questions as well. They ask about previous experience and what you can bring to the table. It was short and very easy.
