Aptitude Test and Personality Test. Aptitude was very easy, but I did not qualify the personality test.

Interview
Basically, after submitting my CV to Accor, I got contacted by the Director of Sales and the Director of HR. The interview was classic, with questions about background, skills, targets, goals, careers. The interview was more of an open discussion when you can ask questions.
