Interview
They will ask you questions like "what would you do if..." and give several situations that are possible to happen in a hotel environment to check how you will behave and if you have the required skills to deal with day to day issues.
Be yourself but remember to answer accordingly to a hotel environment - guests first! Put yourself on the guests shoes and reply the answer as you would want a staff to behave as if you were the guest in that situation.

"if you forgot about a wake up call and the guest comes to the front desk furious saying that they missed an important meeting because they slept in, what do you do?"
Interview was quite good. The English accent of the interviewer was good. Their behaviour was also very good. They ask basic question to the freshers. Student or and employee must have to be good in communication skills
J'ai été reçu dans le lobby au milieu de la clientèle d'une manière un peu non chalente . On m'a vite fait comprendre que je n'avais pas ma place au sein du groupe
