Met with senior developers for about an hour and talked about skills, technologies, experience, and job duties. After that there was a JavaScript test (Now the test is before the interview is scheduled) that takes about 30 minutes with basic JavaScript exercises. Also met with several other people in the company. Process was very quick, about 2 weeks from submitting my resume to starting.
