Interviewed for graduate programme. First round interview held with senior business head at campus. Second round interview was held over a weekend at a boutique hotel in Johannesburg. Consisted of a variety of networking sessions, technical interviews and a case study. I received an acceptance call a day after the interview weekend

Felt like I was dumbing myself down to make the interviewer look good. Can't show that you are too clever. Not a place I would like to work. Very cut-throat environment.
