Recruiter contacted me, then I had a discussion session with the team lead and a people manager, then I had a coding interview to solve some algorithmic puzzles. and hired. All was fast and overall experience is excellent

First I was contacted by head hunter from recruitment company, then I had a hour phone call with team head. The process was started by the head of the team, with discussion about project, question about data structures, overall optimization of algorithms, programs etc.
