I emailed and set up a meeting to discuss the position. We met for a coffee and had a casual discussion where they told me about the company's history and mission and a bit about what my responsibilities might be. It was very easy-going and insightful and gave me a pretty accurate picture of what the company would be like.

Interview
I had the interview with the girl that refer the position to me. We sat down in the coffee shop and had the basic questions. Most of the time it is like conversation but not the questions and answers. The whole process was smooth and enjoyable.
