Contacted by in-house recruiter, short call over Zoom, then scheduled for 4 back to back Zoom interviews. Met some very nice people in those 2 hours. The CFO failed to show for the final 30 minute slot and I was notified shortly afterward it would be "rescheduled." Sadly, this never happened. 2 weeks and nothing. I'll assume this is another example of ghosting (oh well...). Things like this do not bode well for young companies. At least have the decency to reject candidates immediately. My current firm has never ghosted anyone in the 2 years and 6 people I've hired in that time.
