Referral by a former colleague. Recruiter introduction. Interview process begins. . Phone screen two rounds and then 5 rounds of interviews . All questions are based on leadership principles . Some of the interviewers were more technical than others.
Overall good behavioral interview. First phone interview about 30 mins. Basic motivation and skills/attitudes test. After that Teams Interview of 45 mins. I don’t have anything more to say about the interview.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at AWS Wireless (Montpelier, VT)
Interview
Found the job posting on Craigslist. Pretty quick/simple process overall. Initial phone call followed up by face-to-face with regional manager. Interview questions are pretty standard, not too technical in nature. More about sales approach, strategies, etc. Also good to demonstrate your understanding/interest of wireless devices and the market in general.
Relatively decent place to work (some co-workers are cool), but no upward mobility and limited pay. Commissions are rarely as high as management tells you they can be. You can have great sales skills, but store traffic is a key factor in your ability to make $$.

Question 1
What would you do if a customer walked through the door? (Questions are pretty basic overall)
