The interview process typically begins with an initial phone screening to assess basic qualifications and fit, followed by one or more rounds of in-depth technical or behavioral interviews. These may include coding challenges, problem-solving tasks, or situational questions to evaluate experience and skills. Final interviews often involve meeting with team members or hiring managers to discuss cultural fit and expectations.
I applied online. I interviewed at AT&T (Reading, PA) in Sept 2021
Interview
Everything was perfect , I got a lot of questions regarding, automation, aws, kubernetes, programming Languages, docker, terraform, andible, about the project where I worked, how many I hâd, and where I see myself in 5 years.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T (San Ramon, CA) in Apr 2018
Interview
Had an onsite interview and a phone interview. The onsite interview consisted of 4-5 individual interviews, each asking either technical or coding questions, but not as strict as typical white board questions because I was interviewed directly by the people who were going to work with me. The phone interview is like a regular coding question, where you have to code during the interview and have it work.
