Long but it could have been simpler. Too many steps for low pay. Drug test too and mean interviewer. I’ve had better interview experiences. But at least I got the job I guess

Situational questions asked to which the applicant must provide specific answers drawn from previous experience. If previous experience was not applicable, then prospective hire was expected to conjecture and answer hypothetically vis-a-vis how (s)he would have handled said situation.
