2 zoom interviews, was supposed to be a third but got offer after second. Interviewers were young but seemed knowledgeable, kept talking about promotion potential. Also talked about team building activities such as minigolf.

Very straightforward. Applied on the ST&T career page. Within a few days had an interview scheduled. Went on for about an hour, at a modest and casual pace. If you are interested and invested in making sales this is the career path for you. Gave me a great prospective of the company and what to expect when pursuing a career.
The interview was quick. And the questions were easy and simple. It was me and two other people so not intimidating. I was offered a job. Interview questions did not require much thinking. Bring in a résumé it will help guide.
