Phone interview then in person. Phone interview was good screening experience, in person with manager and director. Pretty standard. HR correspondence was timely and clear. Timing was 2 months start to finish. Overall good experience.
Phone interview. Then onsite with the team. Both technical and behavioral rounds. Then last one is with hiring manager. Even if you don’t know the right answer they give you hints and let you think a little. If you explain the right process, that is good enough. They offered me the position but I declined because it was not remote. Initially it was a fully remote position but they changed that when the hiring manager interviewed me in the final round.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T (Atlanta, GA) in Jan 2022
