Quick and easy. They explain very well and talk you through the process. They don’t pressure you and are very easy going. Just come prepared and you should do just fine.
I completed a thirty minute online assessment with math problems a leadership assessment and personality questions followed by an invite to schedule live, in person video interview almost immediately after finishing.

I applied for the Field Sales Representative position through AT&T careers website, shortly after applying I was invited to complete the virtual job tryout and passed the assessment. I was invited to interview with the hiring manage the next day. The total time between applying for the role, taking the assessment, and scheduling an interview was two days.
