This was my first experience with SparkHire one-way video interview. I found it very easy and intuitive. It allows you time to formulate an answers before recording. There were 10 technical questions.

Two interviews. One with direct supervisor, one with a panel of engineers. It's government contracting, the questions around RMF and acquisitions are the same where ever you go. Brush up on DAU basics.
