Appled online, through a job board. First was a phone interview, then it was an in person interview. All the questions asked are basic behavioral and accounting questions. They also asked what you would do in certain situations.

It was a very brief telephone interview. They asked very general questions and I think they already had someone in mind for the position, I'm not sure why the bothered to interview me.
