Question 1
At&t is all about customer service so as long as you can give ample examples of times of those types of situations and were able to overcome objections.
AT&T almost always begins with an online application followed by an aptitude or skills assessment. Many candidates receive an interview invitation immediately after passing the assessment. After the assessment, a recruiter typically calls to verify your background, availability, and interest in the role. This step often happens within a few days.

Interview
Very detailed interview process, the manager Robin was tough. Throughout the process she gave me the toughest questions. I was called into the location to meet with her in person. We sat in her office and she was taking notes on what I was saying.
