Hiring process is fair and balanced. You apply via their career website. Once you submit the application you get a phone interview and if you pass that, you get an in-person interview. You are interviewed by several managers and tour the facility. Staff is friendly and professional. You do a computerized assessment and if you pass that you get invited for interview.

Just like having a conversation. Basically asked about availability, working with others and independently, handling difficult customers and difficult situations, also how would you handle overcoming objection with sales and would that be a problem for you.
