Interview
I was hired as a Customer Service Representative in store, then moved up to Retail Sales Consultant. I applied online, received a call interview. Then I received a call back to go into the store and have a one on one interview with the Store Manager. I was asked several long and arduous questions. The I was told I would be contacted. I waited and was offered the job.

Tell me a time when you had to handle a difficult customer and how did you respond?

Just like having a conversation. Basically asked about availability, working with others and independently, handling difficult customers and difficult situations, also how would you handle overcoming objection with sales and would that be a problem for you.
it was easy and fun to interview, with lots of questions but they made me feel welcomed. they touched based on everything i wanted to know about the role and all my expectations
