Interview
I was called to come in for a one on one interview. The type of interview was called "behavioral style". Basically, you are given a number of questions in which you are asked to thoroughly explain how you handled various situations that you may have experienced in previous places of employment. The next day, I was e-mailed saying that I would be required to submit a drug test and information for a background check in order to get an official job offer, which took about 1-2 weeks to go through.

Describe a situation in which you dealt with an irate customer and what was the outcome.

it was easy and fun to interview, with lots of questions but they made me feel welcomed. they touched based on everything i wanted to know about the role and all my expectations
