I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T (Los Angeles, CA) in Jun 2011
Interview
The first call -- I received a phone call at a very early morning hour from an unrecognized number -- with no warning. I may have been rude, because I presumed this to be a poorly timed sales call. The phone connection (this is AT&T) was broken and garbled at times. The phone rep suggested that, since I applied online, I may have received a follow-up email requiring an inline signature. The Rep suggested I find the email a.s.a.p. and respond, so that I may be considered for any position. I eventually received the email and did as asked.
The second call -- I received a second call in the middle of the day, and the Phone Rep was pleasant and considerate that I needed to find a quiet place to talk. I was asked a series of questions about my experience and understanding of the terms of employment. This is went very well. Then, when I was asked if I had any questions, I replied, "No." When I began to ask if/when I might hear from AT&T again, the line went dead. The number was unlisted, so I could not call back to continue. Everything appeared to go well, but I never heard back from the HR department -- and the whole process seemed very impersonal and cold.

Question 1
What’s a time you went above and beyond for a customer?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T (Fort Myers, FL) in Mar 2022
Interview
The easiest interview I’ve ever done. I applied on indeed with my resume. 2 days later I get a call from the store manager asking if I was available for an interview the following day to which I said yes. That same day before my interview the manager sends me a tex that I’m literally already hired, but he still wanted to do the interview to put a face to the name. (I previously worked for a year with Cricket and I have currently been two years in Metro by T-Mobile).The following day comes and as scheduled, I do my interview which lasted about 15 to 20 minutes just asking basic questions and explaining a little bit how commission worked and how I was going to get paid. All was done through FaceTime, quick and painless. Later that day, the same day I did my interview I get another text from the manager saying that I start in 2 weeks so I put my 2 weeks at my current job and as this point in time that I’m writing this review I am still waiting to start at AT&T 2 weeks from today
