HR Screen, one way digital recording of you answering questions, then 2 back to back 30 minute-long interviews with members leading the program. From my experience, it sounds like they're looking for people with the desire to learn and strong leadership capabilities. You will need to show that you're trying to teach yourself outside of the classroom and that you have the drive to find answers that aren't easily available. The only issue I had with the process is how long it took for them to get back to me. I happen to have graduated around the holiday season and it resulted in my interviews dragging out longer than they would normally. Other than that, this was the most fun and welcoming interview I've ever had!
