Interviewed via the phd masterclass. It is organized 2 times a year, and it a 2 day progamme. The company has many different hiring practices and standards. Company culture is also extremely different from department to department, from group to group.

-how do you deal with conflicts.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at ASML (Eindhoven) in Dec 2021
Interview
Initial interview 1h with group & project lead. Mostly getting to know each other and just a few technical questions (e.g. how would you solve problem X). Reading the website about tools helps obviously. Then HR will schedule a second round of interviews with presentation. The time slot was set and HR didn't allow me to reschedule or ask for my availability. The second round of interview is presentation (1h), talk with two colleagues (1h), chat with other managers (30mins each). Not very technical, they might ask questions about your own work and how you handle situations in the job. There is also an assessment that tests logic/reason but I never heard anything about it again.
